So I Google searched it and came across a code that you enter via the left joystick on you controler if entered correctly it should open up a debugging menu. You need to be at the Dashboard of the Netflix App and where you select regular Netflix or Netflix for kids.

The only problem I do have is that sometimes those apps get a little finicky sometimes, as Netflix does when trying to switch accounts. Whether you're using an Xbox 360 or a PlayStation 3, it's just too damn difficult to log out and log back in with another account, since the Netflix account is directly associated with the PS3 and Xbox gamertag. A friend and I share a Netflix account. I have it on my PS3, he has it on his 360, his brother has it on his PS3, and my girlfriend has it on her Wii. You can't. To run any of the apps you need to sign into a xbox live account. You could try setting up a guest account, however i'm 99% sure that once you sign out of
